On Monday 10th June we were honoured when The President of the GAA visited our school.
Mr Liam O'Neill arrived to a traditional Irish welcome of Irish Dancing provided by pupils, accompanied by Sarah and past pupil Eamon.
After a DVD viewing showcasing the Gaelic football team's achievements both this year and that of the history making team of 2005 who were the 1st Tyrone Team to be crowned Ulster Champions, he presented the boys with their Tyrone and County medals.
We were delighted to welcome back boys from the 2005 Ulster Champion Team!
Winning Ulster will be a memory that will live with these boys for the rest of their lives and being honoured by The President of the GAA just puts the icing on the cake!!!!
