Librarian Visit

Cookstown Library sent one of their librarians, Bernie to visit Rec - P3 classes.

The boys and girls really enjoyed a taster session of 'Story, Rhythm and Rhyme'.

Bernie read aloud a selection of stories.

We had such fun predicting what was going to happen and we all joined in with action

rhymes and a sing-a-long.

Bernie, very generously brought lots of souvenirs: booklets, stickers and bookmarks.

She encouraged everyone to join their local library and develop a love of reading!
