Today P2/3 used their wonderful imaginations to create a job application for becoming a pirate.
They had to think of their best qualities and skills for the job, why they should be chosen for the job and what would be the best part of being a pirate!
Along with these questions they created some unusual pirate names.
First of all Miss Connolly had an interview with the pupils to really get them into character the pupils then interviewed each other.
In our pictures we have Daimhin who is called, '' Black Eyed Patch' he reckons he is good at shooting canons and should be considered for the job!
We also have Oliwia who is called, ''Canon Ball'' she has a hook and likes blowing things up!
We have James Donaghy who is the interviewer; his name is, '' Captain Hook Hand'' he is interviewing Matthew who is called, ''Captain Red Beard''.
Captain Red Beard is good at slicing things with his sword!
Next we have Fionn who is called, '' Captain Eye-Patch''.
He is interviewing Cian who's name is, '' Wooden Leg Cian''.
Wooden Leg Cian has a wooden leg and likes steering ships, he is strong and brave and can find treasure easily.
A lot of candidates applied for the position of being a pirate.
With so many fantastic pirates with great skills it will be a tough decision to make!
